Chef Chris and JAM Kitchen Krew

A collaborative project combining education and healthy meals! All meals are made in-house every morning with the help of MAPAQ certified Kitchen Krew chefs. This project aims to use produce harvested from our school gardens, our hydroponic system, as well as locally sourced seasonal ingredients. We hope you enjoy the fruits of our labour!

Politique d'annulation:

Tous les remboursements se feront sous forme de crédit applicable aux commandes futures. Les crédits sont valables sans limite de temps et peuvent être reportés à l'année scolaire suivante.

Fermetures d'école:

En cas de fermeture d'école, le repas du midi prévu pourrait être reporté à une autre date du mois suivant, OU un crédit pourrait être émis. La situation sera gérée en fonction du nombre de repas.

Si une fermeture d'école est annoncée tardivement et que certains élèves sont déjà à l'école, un repas d'urgence sera fourni aux élèves qui ont un repas chaud prévu ce jour-là. Il pourrait ne pas s'agir du repas initialement prévu, selon la raison de la fermeture. Dans certaines situations, l'accès à l'eau peut être limité, par exemple, ce qui peut grandement affecter la préparation de certaines recettes.

Absences:

Pour recevoir un crédit, les clients doivent signaler leur absence par courriel à cwoo@rsb.qc.ca ou par texto au 514-804-4081 (quel que soit le motif) avant 8h le jour même du repas du midi prévu.

En l'absence de communication de la part des parents, les repas seront congelés et distribués comme repas d'urgence aux autres élèves qui en ont besoin.

Cancellation Policy:

All refunds will be in the form of a credit code applicable to future orders. Credit codes do not expire and can be carried forward to the following school year.

School Closures:

In the event of a school closure, the scheduled lunch may be moved to another date in the following month, OR credits might be issued. The situation will be handled according to the number of lunches.

If a school closure is announced late and some students are already in school, an emergency meal will be provided to students who have a scheduled hot lunch that day. It may NOT be the original meal planned for the day, depending on the reason of closure. Some situations may not allow water accessibility for example, which can greatly affect the cooking process of some recipes.

Absences:

In order to receive a credit, customers must advise of an absence via email to cwoo@rsb.qc.ca or by text message at 514-804-4081 (regardless of reason) before 8am the same day as the scheduled lunch.

When no communication has been made by the parent, lunches will be frozen and given as emergency lunches to other students in need.
